Lewis and Clark 2004

Gun season is here and all of the deer are ready for picking. I have been deer hunting since the age of 4. I can remember going to set up the deer stand with my father and waiting up in it for hours at a time. Then finally the "perfect deer" would come along and he'd be ours! What a rush going through your veins. There is nothing quit like it. My father took me to the gun range and practiced all year for that one shot. Then after practiving we'd look at all of the great guns for sale in the store (dad always had the best guns.) One of my most favorite guns that dad had was a Ruger sr 556. Not exactly a deer hunting rifle but man that was a great gun, it handled well, and was a great shot! All of dads friends had to have one of those guns after they saw it and shot it!! So it's that time of year to get my son and take him hunting and carry on the tradition.
